Hi,
After many houres of reading through forums, including this one , I am planning to start a new thing ... at least for me.
Because I like to design websites and I've learned a little advertising methods I am thinking to start constructing sites, in diferent markets , promote them one or two months , move them up to at least pr5, 100-150 visitors/day and then selling them for a good price.
My problem is I don't have many ideas, what do buyers want ?Where should I start researching this kind of stuff first ?Any good ebooks on this ?
If someone can point me in the right direction .......
Thanks in advance...

margoken, sorry but I couldn't understand what primeplus.ws really have to do with what I asked in this thread.
Maybe I am just a little tired.

Kissty,
There are many people doing what you are trying to do, so the competition is very stiff. You can differenitate yourself by makeing unique designs, securing good domains, and providing quality content.
Unlike the dot com era of the 90's, many buyers now look at revenues. If your site is not producing revenue, then buyers are unlikely to be interested. You will need to decide how your sites will generate revenue.
There are always buyers of qauility niche sites. Good niche sites typically command higher prices than non-niche sites. Niche sites can be used to generate sales leads for products and services. Often these leads are at the fraction of the cost of PPC or affiliate programs.
