Do you have a website like this or are you trying to create one? In either case I would think that people buying and selling property are going to give you much better results. Why not set up a survey on a site that that devoted to this?

I'm sorry, did I say something? I'd like to try to get you the help you need. If you want general opinions I can give you mine but I'm not sure I'm as qualified as you might need.. Personally, I would rank them this way:
1, NO COMMISSION to pay EVER
4, Massive marketing exposure of your Individual property
3, No final charges when a sale is achieved
2, One - off fee pays for your property advertised until SOLD
6,Your personal details stays Private
7, Secure online payment centre
5, Freephone 0800 number for customer service and support
I would think that for most people commission is probably going to be a huge factor - especially if you're talking percentages of a couple hundred thousand. I would consider advertising and getting the property actually sold somewhere beneath that. I would probably place things like an online payment center and an online payment center nearer the bottom - as a seller I'd probably expect some costs associated with 'doing business'. I'm not sure that helps, but I hope it does.
