I have noticed a recuring trend of how xcart handles meta data such as description and keywords on each of my product pages. Seems xcart takes the standard keywords i specified in the SEO Options module and uses them over and over on all of my product pages.

The issue at hand is not being able to specify product page specific keywords. When I do add a product, xcart uses the product title I specify as the keywords for that page. Thats fine and all but what are the chances people googleing use those exact keywords? Slim to none I would say. Even when i search for those exact words myself, i find tons of other sites and lucky to find my site if at all.

Guess I'm looking for a way to control keywords at the product level so each page is unique and SEO friendly. Saw an earlier post from hooter about a mod he had wrote. Not sure that is what I am looking for.

Anyone run into this issue and are as baffled as I am? Beginning to think xcart holds to much control on your abilities to modify your html code.
