Hello All,
NEWBIE. We are starting an online company to mail the products to the customers. How do shipping labels and the database keep up-to-date (speak to each other) so we aren't handwriting and typing in the orders for shipping/database? Please advise. THANKS!

If you need a custom job, you'll probably need to install some sort of script that will update your database/orders with a customer database. If you are implementing a generic platform there are dozens of ready made solutions that you could use. Some 'out of the box' solutions like Miva will do this kind of job. Make sure to look into the package features if you're specifically interested in having certain things done (like your orders/shipping labels printed out).
