do you mean a 3rd party payment processing service?
As an alternative to using the secure server to collect credit card details, you can use a third party payment processor.

the thing is I was trying to open a Macy*s credit card and they asked me about 3rd party credit card number
and I didn't know what it means

1 - what does this have to do with being related to search or managing an online store? (...or is this the part where you tell me I could save 15% on my auto insurance if I switch to...)
2 - way to leave the Canadians, well, out in the cold on the payment processing...

Man, as if we don't bring enough to the world stage to get noticed - beer, cold weather testing for the auto industry and poutine - we're quite intelligent when we're not shivering or drunk ya know...
