I am wondering why i am getting spidered by alltheweb, slurp, msn ect...... but there is no listing for me in those engines. Seems weird to me. Anyone know why this is happening?

Can you view your website by searching for the URL or are you not in the database at all?

Or search on some exact text that apepars in your site. Find a phrase that occurs on your site that are unlikely to appear anywhere else. Search on that phrase with double-quotes around it. That will really show you if you're in the index or not.
