    In addition to the "LookSmart Raises First Quarter Guidance" announcement yesterday there was an interesting tid-bit included regarding the Microsoft/LookSmart relationship.


    LookSmart recently signed an agreement with Microsoft to continue providing LookSmart search results to MSN for periodic use at its discretion.
