Has anyone had this problem? Some days a image will load fine in the Froogle results, other days it will say not available. It is simply pointing to the image on our server, and when it says not available I am still able to load it directly off our site. To be honest I have no clue what is going on, and the fact that it is sporadic definately doesn't help my troubleshooting since the images always load fine on our site. Any ideas?

patrickh,
We had a similar problem a while back...I contacted froogle about this and explained exactly what was happening...but they came back with the standard .. "our engineers are looking into this problems"...type response...
The problem went away on its own...but if anyone were to look at the results and see images for every other posting except the one in question...chances are..they will not click on the link...
as images are important to the type of products we sell...
The only thing I can come up with is network traffic, or possibly localized server latency issues (we are serving up from a dedicated server with excellent latency and continuous uptime...)..
so my conclusion... the problem was on Froogle's side of the equation...
good luck..
