just wondering if anyone could tell me how to submit to the following japanese engines as my japanese ain't up to scratch at the moment
Biglobe, goo, MSN Japan

BIGLOBE and goo are powered by Google. MSN Japan uses Inktomi for results. If you're in Google and Inktomi, then you'll be in those engines. There's really no need to submit. Just get some links to your pages and let them find you.
