The only "free" way to get into Looksmart is if you have a NON-PROFIT type of site - you can submit it to a category at zeal.com

gamweb is right, your not-for-profit site must go through zeal.com to get into Looksmart.

Just for clarification, that doesn't mean that your site has to be part of a non-profit institution. Your site can be an 'informational' type of site that is not selling anything.
