I'm from the Philippines, and I use Google as my homepage. When I open Google, it's in Filipino! Even if I keep pressing the English version and saving it as my homepage, it returns to "Google in Filipino" every time I reopen Google. The main computer I'm connected to does not have this problem. Why is it doing this?

Unblock cookies and click the link again. It should then stick.
