I have developed one.

It gives me better control over my video and other computer
assets than anybody. Random, Slow-Motion and Freeze Frame.

Video changes everything - I've been using my Mini DVD
camcorder for nearly 3 years now.

Don't scan anything, video it in.

This is the one app everyone at any level could use.

Sounds like it's video only - which means it's really not a true "desktop search" application.

...unless video was just your example.

Sounds interesting for video, though.

All the text options are there.
Append notes and clipboard to end of file.
View the end of the file.
Search and replace.
merge files

Video is just so much more fun than the rest.

...if you have lots of videos to search through...I personally have a grand total of 0 on my PC...
