When using AdSense, will automated queries on a particular page affect the CTR of the advertisers? If so, then that would mean that Google ads should not be placed on a page meant for automatic queries, right?

So .... does that mean that page ranking tools reduce CTR for Google AdWords? Or another way to look at this ... the number of impressions reported by Google for a keyword can actually be inflated by inappropriate use of SERPs.

Is this a correct conclusion?

Yes, i think your conclusion is correct, although "should not be placed on a page meant for automatic queries" is not necessary imo.
