Is there a way to get a list (a spreadsheet
if necesary) of all the URLs in an account ?

    Thanks

    Assuming the account is yours...

First of all, Overture does not provide a way to view all of the terms/URLs in any campaign/account. It only reports on the active ones. It is on you to maintain your own list...probably before you upload the terms or begin your campaigns.

To view the active (clicked-on) URLs in one of your campaigns:
Log in to the Advertiser Center, select your campaign, click "Reports", select "Account Activity Detail (Aggregate)" from the drop-down menu, select the time frame for the report (max.90 days), and generate the report. Other types of reports will also show the URLs.

Basically...if you want to be able to manage your Overture campaigns, you need to do it on your own, occasionally using their reports to check yourself. Their reporting system stinks.

If this question regards someone else's account...there's no way to get that data from Overture without stealing the account login info (federal felony under Title 18), and companies that once offered to gather such information seem to have disappeared...for perhaps obvious reasons.

    Hi StupidScript2,

Well actually Overture did reply, as follows

    1. Log into the DirecTraffic Center(R).
    2. Click on the Manage Products tab and Pay-For-Performance Search sub
    tab.
    3. Select the "Manage Categories" option from the drop-down menu.
    4. Select the "All Listings" category.
    5. Click on the "Download" button located on the blue bar above and below the table.
    6. Select "Download this category as a Spreadsheet."
This will provide you with your search terms, Titles, Descriptions and URLs.

However this does not give a unique list of URLs (ie
without duplicates) - I suggested this could be a useful
feature and they said they would forward the suggestion
to their Development Team for consideration.

HA! Thanks for letting me know that Overture has finally added this feature. I went back and forth with our Overture rep for about a month, some months ago, before they acknowledged that they had no mechanism for getting the whole shebang. Now they do.

    Good for them!
