Content match for some of my campaigns proved to be really good for the ROI. In some instances my cost/conversion for content match was actually lower than search. Has Google made any recent changes. I know that they made it so that your cpc could be substantially lower for content-match. For some of my campaigns my cpc is half as much and I can't get a conversion out of it. It use to be so good, but lately I have noticed that I am having to turn it off on alot of my campaigns.
Are there more ad-sense sites popping up that are cuasing fraudulent click-throughs? I know alot of people are making sites just for the ad-sense revene but this is getting rediculous.

An ISP tells me that there was an Internet issue for about three days last week that affected some user's ability to get to the Google search engine.
Traffic for many campaigns at Google was substantially down in June, seeming to recover this week. Agreements between Google and their partners do change or expire at times which can substantially change the amount of traffic you receive.

Traffic actually went up in the contentmatch, the problem is that the conversion rate went way down. I know that that Google and Apple were briefly affected by a DNS denial of service attack, but i thought that was only for 2 hours.

Remember that Google content ads run on individual Web sites that can sign up and drop off at any time so results can change making predicting results difficult.
Sites built specifically for Adsense ads would not necessarily be a bad thing. They could be very useful, targeted information sites providing excellent traffic.

I can also vouch for the fact that although impressions were up marginally in June, conversions were significantly down. I was rather worried, glad to know it was not just our program.
