I'm looking to find out if there are any Korean specific PPC engines out there. If anyone knows of any, please list.

    Thanks,

I've gone as far as using Babelfish to translate some of the top Korean search engines and trying to identify if they were using PPC, but I have been unsuccessful so far.

Google offers both South Korea and North Korea as countries to which their ads can be targeted. Overture also lists Korea as a country to which their ads can be targeted.

We are already aware of Google & Overture, but were wondering if there are any localized or specialized PPC engines for Korea (North & South).

    Anyone aware of any?

Have you had a look at MSEO? There are some foreign search engines listed there. Hope they are helpful for you!

I tried MSEO and they appear to have reneged on a pre-paid deal. Many attempts, both by email and phone, have failed to reach them.

The contact we have for MSEO is Mathias Levarek. After investigation, we've found that the following details on them:

Domain names registered under their company:
    www.mseo.com
    www.cybermultilingual.com
    www.cyberdifference.com
They have phone numbers in Washington D.C. as well as in:
390 Van Deren Rd, Sedona, Arizona 86336 as well as P.O. Box details.

We also have four phone numbers for them that continually go onto voicemail. Does anyone else know about them or how to reach them?

Any advice too would help. Thanks.
