From a new comer to Adwords;
what is best free or paid
book to get one educated in this field?

Here are some free resources for learning to use Adwords:

Start with Google's demo, faqs and information on using their system.

Sign up for Perry Marshall's free email program "Five Days to Success with Google Adwords".

There is a four part article with a misleading title here.

Once you read some of the above you can get answers to any questions you have and request assistance in creating your first campaigns by posting them to this forum.

Once you understand how the system works, the best way to learn is to open an account and create a campaign. Just be certain you understand bidding and Daily Budgets to limit your spending.

I'll have to let others comment on the books as I haven't read them. If I acquire copies of them I can review them, make comments on what each covers, and indicate which are best for new users and which may benefit experienced users too.
