Hi all,
I'm fairly new to PPC but I've been seeing a host of PPC scripts for starting your on PPC program, but none explain how it makes you money. It always explains how the PPC system work for the advertiser but what about the program administrator...how do they make money?
I know how the PPC system work. Most PPC advertisers specify the bid amount for their ad.
So let's say I'm an advertiser and I specify $1.00 for an ad campaign. And I specify .25 for the maximum per click. I get 4 clicks and each click equaled .25 ...my account has now maxed out. In that scenario where does the administrator/program master make money besides the one-time setup fee?
This has me puzzled! Can someone please shed some light on this for me. Thanks.

I think you are trying to look to hard. Its simple really. You have the advertiser paying and the PPC search engine receiving. That’s the basics in a nut shell.
I can’t say for all but most don’t have setup fees. The first payment is usually used to begin bidding on search terms for traffic. Once the virtual account runs dry the advertiser adds more money and it keeps going.
If you are thinking of heading in this direction you must realize that this is not an affiliate program it is a full time (plus) business. You should study everything you can here in the forums. And include research into other Professional PPC search engines such as Overture and some of the other better general PPCs. Continue with Niche PPC search engines as this would be your best bet.

I think you are right I was thinking too hard. After I thought simple I realized that I'm an idiot (again )
So now I realize that pay per click means PAY PER CLICK therefore the .25 for each click will be paid to the administrator/master.
I need to stop staying up so late. Sorry for the idiot post!

Starting a PPC is not easily done. Until you have many advertisers it can be difficult to attract sites to display the ads and until you have many places to display their ads most advertisers will not be interested in using your services.
Unless you plan to generate 100% of the traffic from your own site which is unlikely unless you already have a well established site, remember that you also have to pay a percentage of the amount paid by advertisers to the site owners who are displaying the ads for you.
If you are seeking an online method to make money, promoting affiliate programs with PPC ads or generating an income with Google Adsense by developing good content sites would both be more easily done.
