Hi,
Anyone knows that shopping.com is owned by Yahoo. One of the major CPC provider sales person told me shopping.com is now owned by Yahoo.

I am having very low ROI with shopping.com. I used to have good ROI but lately for last siz month it is very low. IS anybody else has the same issue ?. Also, their customer service do not respond even emails. Sometimes they respond after one week.

My average order size for shopping.com-referred customers is much lower than for customers from other referrers. Shopping.com's minimum CPC for my category is also high, double what I pay on AdWords or Overture. Shopping.com's conversion rate is better than the other referrers, but not enough to make up the difference. So in my case, shopping.com is marginal and not profitable, but I keep it alive under the pretext of "data collection", so I can hit it again in the near future and get it to "pop".

Shopping.com is not owned by Yahoo - they're an independent, publicly-traded company listed on NASDAQ: SHOP.
