Hello -
I was wondering if anyone used Adtrack and, if so, did it help with their click fraud problem. I have several clients who I'm going to have to pull out of AdWords if I don't find some kind of solution to their click fraud problem(s). My clients are being run out of business and they can't get Google to take them seriously. Even with log files and stats to back it up.

Thanks for any advice you can offer -

I am not familiar with that solution. If you have multiple clients or large clients an investment in Click Tracks Pro which now also provides click fraud data to support requesting refunds is one way to go.

There are also programs specifically for click fraud detection such as WhosClickingWho.

I can also recommend WhosClickingWho - I have a client who does his own PPC mangement and swears by it. HTH

thanks very much for the help - I've been amazed that there doesn't seem to be any info on what's good/what's working out there, as far as click fraud software. Glad I could get some direction here -

There has been more coverage of the fears of click fraud than the application of solutions thus far. Companies like whosclickingwho.com can provide assistance in building a business case for obtaining refunds from PPC engines.

Ive used both Adtracker and whos clicking who and both work very well. Adtracker is a bit more versatile. And yes, click fraud is a problem. I am surprised the search engines dont do more to stop it.

For what it's worth, ClickTracks has recently added a click fraud tracking/analyization feature that is combined with their normal web analytics.

If I understood correctly that Click Tracks feature is only available in ClickTracks Pro. I do recommend checking out their free Webinars on Click Fraud.

mattbcoach7 can you give us more details on why you prefer Adtracker to WhosClickingWho?
