    Hi,
I've launched the campaign named “sidebar gadget” last week and it was working well when I use the keyword "side bar gadget" (space between “side” and “bar”) in the ad description and title. But the meaning is different between "side bar" and "sidebar". So, I've raised an exception while saving the ad that "sidebar gadget" is a technical keywords so, I wanted to use sidebar without space between “side” and “bar”. After raising an exception my ads got saved without showing any error and the status is active. But if I search, Google is not showing my ad. I tried many times and I'm the only competitor for some of my keywords and my daily budget is also high. So, I've changed my ad with space between “side” and “bar” yesterday. I got only one click and after that all my ads (having space between "side" and "bar"wink got disapproved. I don't know what the problem is. Why my ads are not showing if I am not using the space between "side" and "bar" and got disapproved if I use the space between "side" and "bar". Thanks.

Many advertisers don't realize that your ads actually go through an editorial process at Google; it just isn't as obvious there as it is on other search engines because Google allows most ads to run for a limited amount of time before they get approved.

When you have to request an exception the ads will be saved but they aren't likely to run until they go through the review process.

Whenever you edit the only approved ads you have there is a possibility that your account will stop running until the new ads get reviewed. That can be avoided by creating new ads instead and then deleting the existing ads after the new ones are approved.

There is usually a reason given on ads that are disapproved. It could be that they believe "side bar" is spelled incorrectly and they will approve sidebar later.

Whenever I think a particular ad might be disapproved I create multiple ads. That way hopefully one or more will get approved and run and those that aren't approved can be deleted later.
