Hi guys,
I wanted to is it is possible to manage different companies with different budgets under the same PPC accounts (Google, Yahoo and MSN).
Example:
company 1 has a budget of $10 000
company 2 has a budget of $20 000
company 3 has a budget of $5 000
Can I set a budget to each companies ad group, order etc.?
Or is it better to open a different account for each company?

Each Campaign can have individual budgets so you could set up these in one account, or if you do go the Multiple account route set up an MCC for easier control and reporting

What Globalmedia says applies to Google. Budgets are set at the Campaign level so you can use different Campaigns for each business; however, I would recommend using different accounts. If you want to be able to log into them all at once you can use the Google Client Center.
Yahoo is in the process of changing their system to be more similar to Google's and then you could set separate budgets. In the older system which most advertisers are still using you won't be able to do that.
I'm so busy and MSN's system is so time-consuming that I don't use it nearly enough. I'm fairly certain that you could do it there if you wish; however, again I would not recommend it.
If you ever wanted to separate these accounts whichever you choose to move would lose their historical advantage. I personally believe accounts should belong to the advertiser and they should be able to view them and you don't want one to be able to see the other's.
Just as importantly, I take full advantage of the multiple levels to structure the way ads are grouped in an account. You would lose one level doing that. It would also make Google Analytics much less useful and require more drilling down than having separate accounts.
When I get time I'll post a thread on how to structure PPC accounts. Basically I use campaign levels for brands, then put the products that belong to that brand in the ad groups under the campaign. Or I put types of products or services at the campaign level and put the products for each type under them.
If you use the campaign level to differentiate different advertisers you're stuck having all the brands, types, and products mixed together in the ad groups. There is also a limit to how many ad groups you can have so if they have a large inventory you could run out of capacity to create new advertising.
