I was wondering how come some ads are not showing in google search for a certain "key phrase". Google is displaying 4 ads for that particular key phrase and I am bidding $0.70 for it, however my ad is still now showing. Any idea why ?
I am using a re-direct "meta-refresh" but I have other ads and they are showing.
Thanks.

Log into your Google account, go to the "Tools" tab and click on "Ads Diagnostic Tool". Type in that phrase, make sure the domain is set to www.google.com and the location is correct and click continue.
Google's system will check that phrase and tell you whether it is running and if not, why.
You can also go into the Ad Group where you have that keyword and point at the magnifying glass icon to the right of the keyword phrase. That will run a similar test and tell you if the phrase is running or not.
