Hello,

Here is the problem:
For some of my keywords I use Destination URL, the problem is that it doesn't work.
For example I run a campaign in Ireland and I bid for keyword bansko,
Display URL for my add is www.mydomain.ie
Destination URL for my add is www.mydomain.ie/property-bulgaria/Ski-Resorts/Bansko/
When I search for bansko in www.google.ie
I see my add for bansko, but when I click on it doesn't go to Destination URL.
I open the source code and I see the Destination URL, but when I click on it, Google use Display URL which is not what we want.

Could you help me please or tell me where the problem could be.
I have the same problems for all keywords in my account for which I use destination URL.

Thanks in advance!

Is it working today? Sometimes these things take time to fully implement.

Now it works.

Google place this:

?gclid=CK-ZxfaF0YkCFQlBMAodenD7Mg

behind the destination URL and this was the problem.
My CMS doesn't recognize URL like this:

www.mydomain.com/page1/?gclid=CK-ZxfaF0YkCFQlBMAodenD7Mg

But anyway now its fixed.

Thanks SportsGuy!

That information is the auto-tagging for Analytics tracking. See Google's help file on destination URL auto-tagging for additional information. Did you or Google turn off auto-tagging or did you talk to your Web site person and have them change the settings on the server hosting your site?

Hi flyingrose,

We fixed the problem on the server hosting your site.
But now I learn something new I didn't know about auto-tagging options.

Thanks flyingrose !
