Hi guys,
For those who are aware of this tool; have you had difficulties acquiring information from your Adwords account?
When I enter my login info at the end of the query, it just does nothing, it freezes basically.
Have you had the same problem lately?
P.S. This is the best tool I have ever used, I would hate for it to go down

I just tested it and I'm seeing the same issue. Even though I use Adword Analyzer almost every day I don't use that feature very often.
I dropped Jeff an e-mail asking him to look into it. I do know that he is aware that Yahoo is considering taking the database it queries offline so if that happens I feel certain that Jeff will implement an alternative.

We have an in-house tool we use to pull the information. A month or so ago it stopped fetching from the Adwords account.
We had several login accounts. We switched the username and password that the in-house application was using to the main login for the account and it started working again. Depending on how you're set-up, that may be the issue with this app.

The account I used to test it is not within a MCC account so that isn't the issue in my case. As many may have noticed I am here less often and taking longer to get to everything.
The recent issues caused by accounts being migrated at Yahoo plus the challenge of controlling the spending surges at Google are consuming all the time I can free up.
I have helped many advertisers over the years and feel they all are at risk and it is imperative that I get the word to them and check all of their accounts. Obviously that requires far more time than I have immediately available.

I 2nd that motion. I think Google drank a case of "Red bull" energy drinks lately; cpc costs have skyrocketed again!
