I want to target ads by PPC .i saw one of company offer me to Get goolge pay-per-click ads free : [link]
Any one use this formula to get free ads in goolge.

Useless crap!

It's an affiliate link. So he is NOT asking question but trying to promote it here. If he really thinks that the product works then he should use adwords to promote it. After all it's free to him as per the book.
