I currently manage PPC campaigns on Google, Yahoo and MSN for a large corporate retailer, however, many of the products cannot be purchased online and the fulfilment of orders that can be purchased online is outsourced to a third party. Therefore, online conversions, revenue and ROI cannot be tracked and measured. Additionally, adding to the site is not a possibility at this time....for example, coupons that can be printed online and then redeemed at the store locations. I know that radio and newspaper ads have models in place that use assumptions to measure and forecast conversions, ROI, etc. Any advice on creating a model that would work for me to measure online to offline conversions? Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
