I can't believe nobody reply..
adcenter is a ppc program like adwords
it's $75 free adCenter coupon, $5 activation fee. that means you get $70 clicks for nothing
but US location only
No one interested really?

i can't post the link easily because it's affiliate link.
animated3d: why did you say that. a keyword $0.2 per click on adwords ,but it's $0.05 per click on adcenter due to few rivalship. Of course clicks fewer than adwords, however, the conversion/lead rates are a different story.
