MJ - I love your approach ! I love it and I respect it !
I myself take much of that same approach and 99% of people hate it and don't hire me lol yeah well... hence I decided to put my knowledge to work on my own web sites

I've been involved in too many projects where a company has issues, then hire a consultant specialist to fix it, and then tell that specialist what they want them to do and how to do it. LOL
