ok, long time, no see folks, good to be back!
I need some help helping a friend. He's running a online e-commerce mag, and is writing about cloaking, spamming doorwaypages etc.
I'm a well seasoned SEO, probably one of the best in my Norway, but I have "no clue" about cloaking
Anyway, my friend has dug up a few sites, and I've been doing some investigation myself to help him out.
As I don't wanna go public with any URLs, I'm asking anyone with Über knowledge about the topic in question to PM or email me for further details.

You might want to talk to the folks at "IP Delivery" about cloaking. I've heard they're the best at what they do.
