This company uses alot of spam on their site and well as all their clients. See bottom hidden and repeated text. What are the chances Google will ever catch them.

Google's spam report tool. Google kinda admits that it can't automatically detect many forms of hidden text yet.

I'd think hard about naming and shaming on this forum. It's not always politically correct.

Yeah, I have submitted them for different queries, but I doubt that Google will listen.

Well, you must understand that Google receives thousands of mails like that each day... It will take time, but I am sure if they do see it they will not ignore it.
