I've been considering a BBB membership in their Online Reliability Program. Apart from developing creditability in a highly competitive B2C marketplace, I was wondering if it just may boost my PR or natural listings in Google?
Anyone have any ideas or comments?

Yes, they have a part in their forms to list your business URL. Eventually it will get spidered and counted as a pretty good link.
