Hi Guys,
I read about the Google Dance, and different times a site or page is crawled:
My question is: How can you benefit the most and what can you do with it?
Are there other software that can do the same?

There really is not Google Dance anymore. Google is now on a continuous rolling update and they don't "dance" like they used to. Whatever you read about the Google Dance is old information.
