There are people "so professional" that they don't even know how to write their own content. This web from Miami http://www.webmiami.net/mercadeoweb/posicionamiento.htm#0 copied and pasted my FAQ's from my own site at Human Level Communications FAQ's. They are so stupid that they even left some links pointing to my site (even the mail address to ask for more information!!!) I hate it when you find people who present themselves as "professionals" and are able to be so unethical. Do you think that it is worth to take some legal action against them? Thank you!

First of all try sending an e-mail to them requesting they remove the copyright materials from their website within a limited time frame. Send a copy to their hosting company as well.

It usually works.
