so, how has everybody fared with the new algorithm being implemented? For us, so far so good. Many clients jumped up considerably in the rankings. I'm just hoping that holds!

I've seen mostly good, but there is definitely something fishy going on. The serps are dancing, and the bots visit non stop. Overall I can see the consistency of the changes based on the seo techniques used so for now it is very predictable.
So if they don't change it, I will be a very happy person. If they totally change the algo from here, it will be back to the usual

That's what we're seeing too. Just about all clients moving up significantly.
