well the cancelation policy is bad. the customer service and support is lacking a helpfull positive attatitude.

The 100 dollar discount is offered until early Feb but Patrick Gavin is offering a 50% discount which can save as much as $700.00+ from this event.

Jupiter Events will not allow previous registants to use the 50% discount code if they have registered.

hmm. I think it says "applies to new registrants only"
quite clearly in the advertising for text-link-ads

Step back, look again and then let us know what the problem might be.

Plus the PDF Ad also refers to a Feb 15th deadline. Too late to get a discount.

As in any ad or biz document, read everything. If something is not clear, call to ask direct questions and document who you talked to and what they said.
