Many companies are doing this to save money. I don't know how when the Canadain dallar is less than the USD. Anyway I looked into your IP 216.180.225.50 and it looks like it is in the US not SAUDI ARABIA. Who is says United States - Georgia - Atlanta [link] Drop your IP into a few areas on this site and you will see it is consistant to Atlanta. [link] The problem with comes when people search google.ca or they select the radio button "pages from Canada". See how you rank in the search engine with that option selected. I was missing in there for years because I was hosted in the US. My ISP fixed this or google got smart because now I rank well in both areas. (Copy Shortcut)
