I am getting more requests from SEO clients to run their ad words campaigns. How do you determine a pay scale for that service? I have charged anywhere from 150-500 per month, but I need a fromula to work with.

The amount of time required to manage every account varies so much that no one "formula" is likely to apply to them all.

Variables to consider include:

How aggressively they wish to bid for position
How tightly they want you to control their spending
How much competition they have (rapidly changing)
Expansion plans (adding new products or services)
New creative and ongoing optimization (new or existing)
The frequency and amount of time required for interaction with the client.

Size and and media budget of the client. Thats the best formula.
