Hi,
I need to know what the market share of the main search engines is in Europe (the UK, Spain France & Italy). i.e. Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, Ask Jeeves etc.
THANKS for your help!

Google had captured a large portion of the European market when they signed a big contract with AOL in 2003/04, however, it Yahoo is still very much alive.
France, Italy, Hungary, and a few other countries have gone to the European Union this year in hopes of halting the progress of Google, claiming that the rapid expansion of this huge search engine will cause detriment to the use of their nation's language.
Right now I still consider Google Adwords to be the most powerful PPC engine in Europe, just ahead of Overture.
