This si the second request I sent to them. A month ago I did some research and used the "Email Keywords" functionality they offer (I have a subscription). Never got the list....and never heard form them.
Same deal today - different keyword list, used the functionality again, and even though it says the e-mail was sent, nada.
Check with the SysAdmin guys - not trapped by our spam filter, either.
Pardon my french, but WTF is up with them? Do they ever respond?
Geez this is frustrating. Luckily I simply printed the list before exiting the site, but having the e-mailed copy would make preparing my reporting so much easier...
Anyone else run into this?

I've never had a problem myself
The email function you describe is a functionality that I use all the time. I wouldn't suspect 'something' needs to be fixed on their end. Try sending to various email addresses.

I've personally never had an issue with it, either. However, I suspect that it's possible. Have you put in a support ticket regarding the issue?

Hmm - I'll try the multiple e-mail idea next time.
As for the tickets - I have nop idea how to get a ticket INTO the system...so I'd have to say no.
I simply fille din the "Ask us a question" form and directed it to "Support" from the drop-down menu options. Checked the site again a minute ago, but for the life of me, couldn't find a spot to start a ticket...

Try emailing them directly:
support at wordtracker dot com
That should get a ticket started.

Thanks guys.
That URL - that's the form I completed both times I contacted them - so far, no responses to either contact from me.
I'll try the e-mail addy today.
**E-mail got me a response - thanks. **

Stupid Question - Is your email entered correctly? Perhaps a typo? This may be unlikely, but you never know!

va - checked that, too, just in case. All was entered correctly.
A few e-mails later, I have managed to accomplish my goal through another section of the service. Not ideal, but in the end, I get what I need. Anne was very helpful.
Big shout out for the idea to e-mail them directly and the addy to do so. For some reason, none of the trouble tickets I submited were ever picked up by their system...
