I have been asked to research Icrossing and was wondering if anyone had used it? If so, your experience with them would be fantastic!!

I interviewed them just over a year ago to do some SEO work on a few of our sites. They didn't make the cut.

Nothing against their technical knowledge, they certainly sounded like they knew their stuff, just way too pricey. Like a minimum one year contract, at 10K a month - ouch!

They may have changed by now, though. The company I deal with (we still use them for link building), is great.
