Just unconfirmed rumours as of yet, but Nick at Threadwatch has made a post regarding the N.C. Department of Revenue 'raiding' the offices of Websourced & Keyword Rankings. Sounds like an investigation is underway.

With Andy Beal's recent departure along with others on the way out, makes you wonder what is going on with this 'player' within the industry? I hope to hear more, but Nick comments that it is related to today's alleged investigation.

I'm thinking these rumors are going to pan out.

I read that Jeff Martin, vice president of engineering, and Mark Campaugh, vice president of client services, have been fired from Keywordranking / Websourced. That's coming after Jason Dowdell and Andy Beal left the company not so long ago.

The articles are linking this shake-up with a $1.4 million write-off of bad debt.

That debt was supposed to be because clients had so much success in the first few months of their contract that they chose to stop payments. However, this thread:

... doesn't exactly have any glowing reviews of Keywordranking.
