Hello everyone, I hope your all well. I just wanted to say hello and ask a question.
I have read alot about Search Engine Optimisation. Article after article, forum after forum, but there is one piece of information I cant seem to find.
I check all the sites I design for Keyword Density but dont know what to do with the results as I dont know what the optimum keyword density should be. Maybee my eyes are to square after reading all the articles and forums to find the answer.
I would apperciate any help please.

Cheers

I've always held to roughly 5% for density. That said, plenty of time I cannot do better than 2% and have the content still sound normal.

Best rule of thumb is do what you can, but always default to making sure the content is grammatically correct. Build the best quality site with the best quality content - if you hit a solid density, so much the better, but don't put too much stock in it.

Incidentally, if you're going to put keywords or phrases into a page, try to keep them up as high as possible on the page. This point, again, is subject to proper design and grammar.

Always beware the spectre of keyword stuffing... sad
