Hi everyone

I really need some advice on this - I am responsible for marketing an online job portal who has very good page rankings in google in its field. We have just launched a .ie version of the site and I am very weary of getting penalised for content duplication. Both the sites are hosted on the same server and have the same design and very similar written content however the new site has been designed to only display jobs in ireland.

Is this going to be enough to not get penalised for duplication content by google what other steps shall can I take

Any advice will be much appreciated - thanks!!sad
