I am not from UK and I would like to set up Uk Ltd. I have option to get help of company from my country, but it will cost me 1300 GBP + 1160 GBP every year (Nominee shareholder 300 per year, Annual fees-registered agent/office, local secreatary 400, Apostille 180, Courier 80, Certificate of Good Standing 200).

I was looking at prices in [link] and are much lower. But now I am wondering how is with support with those internet agencies. Has anybody any experiences?

How difficults can be all tax reports, opening bank account etc. if I choose agency like WRS. Do you think is worth to pay 1300 GBP + 1000 GBP every year to get perfect support or not, how easy can be all procedure?

Thank you!
