I am reading this forum already for some time, but I cannot find clarity for the following. I own a website of about 15 pages, all with different content (but related to each other). What would be the best way to handle the Description and Keyword tags? Should they all be the same as on the Index page (and thus reflecting what the website is all about) or would it be better to modify them and make them as specific as possible (related to the page content)?

They should be related to the content of the page.

Yep, craft the title and meta description to fit exactly what is on the page. Each one must be different.
