Hi ,
I have got a software in web that extracts lots and lots of webmaster emails relevant to our services and send a mail to them by submitting our details through that mail.And using this software per day we can limit the number of mail submissions also.Is it worthable software or will it be treated as spam?
Looking forward for experts suggestions......

people will look at your email and click the yes button on there spam filter

Any business or advertising mail that you send to anyone, where they did not specifically ask you to send it to them, is SPAM.
