-Main site on 1 IP address
-Linking to 14 other sites on the same IP address, same host utilizing single database
-These 14 sites are linking back to the main site
-Each site has unique content and there are no other links between them
Would this scheme raise any flags and affect SE rankings?
Your help will be greatly appreciated

It's not necessarily a bad neighborhood, but it's probably not something that you want to get links from.
Most likely because those sites are on the same IP address and they're linking then they're not going to have good rankings themselves. But, just because of the IP address issue it's not specifically a bad neighborhood.
