I have done some copy for the homepage on one of our sites. We have decided that to use all of the copy would not fit in with the style visually, so what we are thinking of doing is having as much copy as we can fit on the page, and then have the rest of it come in on a mouse over or click. The copy will still be within the page, but not visible until it is actioned.
Even though this is not being used for spam purposes, I am concern that to have copy within the code of the page that is only visible when actioned could be something the engines frown upon.
What’s everyone else’s thoughts on this?

Nez,
Some sort or the other hiding the text via means is considered as spam mate. Looking forward for what the big heads here have to say on this.
Thanks,
Smaran.
