Hi,
I had created one financial BLOG 1 year back, but i did't promoted it any where. How can i promote my BLOG??

you can submit your blog in directories or in social bookmarking sites...

Article marketing would work best for your blog. Just remember that when you submit the same article to multiple directories, you should always use the same URL as the source to avoid duplicate content issues 
There has been a craze lately on blogrush.com. You could also try submitting your blog there. Best of luck!
